1) One cost can be the wage of the app developer. They could be paid differently by either an hourly rate or for the whole project at once.. This can impact the project as it may be expensive for the project to get done. It could be hard and if you want someone who is good enough to develop your app this will take up some time.   You will also have to pay for a design/name patent. This is so no one steals your idea and claims it as their own. this would secure your idea for up to 7 years and protect your app.
5) Identify two ethical issues that you would have to consider  before your team develops ideas for a documentary for refugees.

One ethical issue might be featuring children on the documentary. In order to do this legally they would need parental consent. This takes time and will impact the project because they'll have less time and it might delay the project. The second ethical issue that I might encounter are language barriers between the refugees and the production team. this would impact the project because it will take time and money to source and locate an appropriate translator
