They were asking for pledges of 10 dollars or over.

255,564 dollars

2712

4) Who is the director and why is this important?

Enemy of Man was directed by Vincent Regan. This is important because he is directed and acted in Shakespeare films before so he will have experience when directing the film. This will make people more likely to give funds for the production of Enemy of Man.

By people pledging money towards the film and rewards being given back to some funders.

6) What was the funding for?

The funding was for the costs of pre production to allow the film to be created.

7) Why do you think this was successful in gaining funding?

I believe it was successful because the film had an experienced director as well as an experience cast too which made people believe that the film had the potential to be successful. I also believe it was successful because a lot of people like Shakespeare and this film was based on one of Shakespeare's plays.

8) What has happened since it was funded?

Nothing. The film has failed.

Comments

  1. When you say the film has failed, can you please elaborate on this? How did it fail? Did it fail to get made? Did it fail at the box office?

Also, can you answer these three questions in detail.

    What was the task?
    What did you learn?
How will this help you prepare for your exam?

    All the best
